Lost Boys actor Corey Haim has died at the age of 38, it is not known the exact cause of death as yet but an apparent drug overdose has been suspected. He was found in an unresponsive state at an apartment in Burbank, California.
Corey Haim, along with Corey Feldman, found fame in the 1980’s in a series of ‘buddy’ films which featured actors such as Sean Astin and River Phoenix and appeared in a tv series ‘The Two Coreys’. Both were to have problems with drug addiction and their careers waned in the 1990’s. Two of his better known films were The Lost Boys and Stand By Me.

Sad news. Natash Richardson died from the brain injury she sustained during her skiing accident last week. The actress has been laid to rest in a cemetery at Lithgow, NY. Deepest condolences go to her family, especially husband Liam Neeson and sons, Micheal and Daniel.

It is very tragic news coming out of the US about Natasha Richardson. The family of the actress are gathered around her bedside hoping and praying that a miracle will happen and she will regain consciousness after suffering head injuries in a fall during a ski lesson.
Her husband, Liam Neeson, is understandably distraught. Just last week I was reading an interview with him in a magazine and he was asked what his greatest fears were, he replied ” Something bad happening to my wife and children… “
How sad that ’something’ has actually happened to his wife.
Natasha is a member of the revered Redgrave acting dynasty - her mother, Vanessa, is maintaining a bedside vigil with Liam. The Redgraves, we all know, are known for their feistiness and strength - let’s pray that this helps Natasha pull through.
